Some owners let their dogs bark all day.
Some owners let their dog jump of other peoples furniture.
Some owners let the dog clean the plate even when there’s company over.
Some dog owners use retractable leashes and won’t “reel” in the dog when people are walking by.

another thing to talk about is some dog owners will just let their dogs run loose and get in the way of their neighbors, they could keep them up so they dont get in trouble. The dogs that are loose could also go and bite the neighbors, which would be terrible so dog owners should keep their dogs home. i am a dog owner and I keep my dogs home and not loose running all over the neighborhood.
sometimes dogs will bark and bother the neighbors, but this is something that you really cant do anything about.
Thats all i Know
Neurotic, hypersensitive barking dogs drive me bats!
I’m a dog owner – I taught every one of my dogs NOT to bark for every tiny sound or stimulus that comes into their senses. [1]
However, I’ve had neighbors who seem to LOVE the sound of their damn dog’s barking – they do absolutely NOTHING to stop them. One neighbor tried, but all he would do is go to the door and say the dog’s name with an annoyed sound, like the dog would perceive his intonation. In reality, the dog was reinforced by his feeble attempts to admonish her. She’d shut up for maybe 30 seconds, then start barking again, to get her master out there again. After several times, he’d bring her inside – more reinforcement.
Basically, many dog owners are ignorant of how to train their animals to peacefully coexist with neighbors. Many think that teaching the dog not to bark for every little sound will make them a bad watchdog, but despite my training, every one of my dogs would still bark like crazy when someone came into the yard, or even when neighbors made unusual noises near the property line.
Good luck!

[1] It wasn’t easy, and with each puppy, I’ve had to get up in the middle of the night a couple dozen times to give ’em hell (verbally, of course), but they don’t bark for anything but unusual events.
