i need some advice, someone i love is a drug addict, did i do the right thing?

It is your business but it is not your place to run interference like that … your friend will resent that….

addiction is only cured when the person with a problem gets help….you can attend alanon meeting, which is support for families of addicted persons….

i don’t think that you crossed a line because you are right to be concerned. however, i can tell you that a dealer does not care whether or not you asked them not to deal with someone, they are not going to pass on money. the only way that you are going to help the situation is to do all that you can to get through to the person that is addicted, you can’t give up.

you can’t fix him. he needs help. he will pull you down with him…

get away from this relationship, you can’t help him.

You didn’t cross the line, but if your line is tapped and they are watching this guy selling or your bf buying, you could be in trouble somewhere down the line.

You should no lower your standards by getting into the mess that they are in and living.

You need to get out and be safe, from the whole mess…

If you love him, let him go… or this could be your life somewhere down the line.

Get healthy, go to some drug addiction meetings and hear people talk, it will open up your eyes, and maybe you will realize what path he is on and how you aren’t…. you need to let go of him and get on with your life.

you will be very very sorry if you allow this to go on,,,,,he will spend all the money on drugs and then when he comes down off the drugs he will cry and beg you to forgive him until the next time…………or he will become violent and hit you and want money or steal from you if he has none,,,and always will beg for forgiveness……if you allow him to go on and you are staying with him you are helping him take the drugs…You need to use strong love and report the dealer,,,,,he is killing your love. And he is killing himself……………
