I’m transferring from Philippines to US.?
I already Graduated highschool and a Bachelor of computer tech a 2 year course. im just wondering what do i need if im transferring from Philippines to US to get in to college?
Some people said that my college units and credits are not counted from philippines, that means i have to start over again when i graduated highschool and probably take GED and AA degree,i dont even know what is GED or AA means cause it seems a waste of time.

First you need a VISA to be able to get here (Immigrant visa would be the best). regarding your units, once you get here have it evaluated from philippine school units to US units, there you can know which will be credited. I am sure some of it will be credited but not all. That means you wont start all over again. You dont need to get GED (general equivalency diploma) because you are already a HS graduate. However, it is true that to get a better job, you might need an AA (associates degree) or BA/BS (bachelors degree). You could further continue your computer education here or switch to a different course (but that would be longer).

No. something worth something in the States is worth extra or less 40 3 -40 5 situations in the PI.(verify the replace fee) that would positioned you over Einstein in the PI academic device. From the documents you have given, you qualify as Dean of any PI Uni in basic terms to start. What do you desire to benefit ? The artwork of dumbing down ? LATER. not that Im truly troubled yet Aussie English is a tad distinctive to Yank spelling yet as Yanks are so conceited they think of each and every thing should be carried out their way, my call spelling is right–here in our grammar. the appropriate Act is likewise the appropriate data of american piggery in that as long as that’s American it is okay and something inferior. Get a load of them while they are threatened, even in a stupid chat dialogue board like this they exchange into like scared yet spiteful toddlers.

Well, once you get to the US. I would get you college to transfer an official transcript to the college you are choosing to apply to. The admissions office will evaluate your transcript and let you know which classes are transferable and which ones are not. You don’t need to get GED since you already have a high school diploma. Hope it helps.
