Sprung means you meet a guy who you’ve got the hots for so bad you’ll do anything for him. Have you heard of T-Pain or Pit Bull (I’m Sprung)? Do you ever go ga-ga over movie stars such as Adam Brody or Justin Timberlake? Imagine one of them wanting you in real life and you just lose your mind everytime he comes around. You’d be “Sprung”

It all depends on the context. “The flowers sprung during spring time and they were all so rich in color” is good! As to what other are saying is bad. Must be “guy” lingo or girl trash talk…that’s bad.
