No seriously, you better be very organized! But define what you mean by “arrangement.” Classroom, discipline, gradebook, etc….

Start writing your lectures.
Make folders for every class and every section.
Prepare attendance sheets if you will be taking attendance.
Prepare excel sheets so you can keep track of your students.
Get a website or a blog where you can post information about the classes, you don’t want all the students emailing you.
