i think it is.. go to YALE.EDU, that serves as a reference… if it is good for YALE, its good for any university in the world.

1)type Yale.edu in your browser
2)go to undergraduate admissions
3)click on Standardized testing
4)click where it says TOEFL… there you will find what you need!!
