I Have got 9000 state rank in RPET Exam.i dont have many options.Are there any colleges offering average cours

Who said you have no options-there are always a way if there is a will. Look throught college list and pick all that have the subject you want to do and apply to them. Call their counselors and start looking around. Do not give up because college might look at that test but they also look at your high school grades and extra stuff you did.
