my theory….

start with the most practical, see what it requires you doing, and make a judgment….

go down the list towards your dream job and it usually lands somewhere towrds the top or middle.

it works for me, and trust me. its not a quick process.

im a second year college student, and i still have NO CLUE what i want to do for the rest of my life. but at least get some ideas, and things to fall back on.

just don’t set yourself up for failure, its so easy to say… i’ll just do this if i flunk out….

thats how you end up settling for something you’ll regret

Forbes just put a list out of America’s best paying jobs, along with mean annual salaries. I would definately check that out, even if you don’t plan to work in the US, the salary gradient would be comparable in many other countries as well. Here’s the link:

Other than that, you should look into which jobs are most in demand, it will make your job application process go a lot more smoothly once you graduate.

Just make sure the field you choose is something you find interesting and fulfilling and think you might be good at, as well as something you can imagine doing all day every day or at least 5 days a week. Internships are a great way to judge that and will also improve your chances of landing a job after school.

Good luck 🙂 🙂
