i am going into 8th grade this fall.how much homework will i get?

I didn’t get much homework in the eight grade except for math homework (i would be in 11th but, i graduated already) it all depends on what types of teachers you get, some teachers don’t give homework, some do, some just give homework if the class isn’t behaving. But, some will give you time during class to finish work and if you don’t finish in class then you take it home to finish it. But, don’t sweat wait till you get to high school and college!!….

Seriously, how much homework you will get depends on which academic stream you are in, which school you are in, which school district you are in, and where your school is located. Some places give almost no homework, others ladle it on. It also depends on your teacher, as two teachers in the same school, same grade, same subject, don’t always give the same amount of homework. If you are staying in the same school you were in last year, you will likely get just a little more. If you change schools, it’s in the lap of the gods.

there is never a way to tell how much homework you will have. you should always (most likely) acquire more homework every year you move up a grade. that is the only way that you will be able to attempt to survive the homework you will have in college. but basically is just depends on what teachers you have.

it’s impossible to predict, because everything depends on your teachers. Having just graduated high school, all I can say is that I would LOVE to be in your shoes- school is so much easier in middle school. My only advice is to enjoy it while you have it, work hard, but make sure to enjoy spending time with your friends and not having to worry about college applications, advanced classes, etc. The workload shouldn’t be too bad though, I wouldn’t get too worried. It really all depends on your teachers and what classes you’re taking. It won’t be much more than 7th grade. At the most I would guess an hour to an hour and a half a night. (That’s only if your teachers really load you down.)

You will get more than you had before but not as much as highschool. just do your homework as soon as you get home and you will have the rest of the night free

Not to much. Eighth grade was a piece of lasagna.
