How to get my EMT-Basic?
How do you get your EMT-Basic? How long does it take and how many classes do you have to take? Is it something that can be done by taking weekend classes or do you have to go to school for several semesters?

EMT-Basic is pretty easy to obtain. Usually it’s just one class (3 or 4 credits) and lasts for about 2-3 months. Some college and vocational schools have weekend classes, and lots have evening classes available.
