how old should he join the preschool(kindergarden)?

I just read that your son is two. No school would possibly take him in kindergarten that young, but maybe what you mean isn’t kindergarten (which is a one-year program prior to first grade), but what we would call preschool, or day care? I know that the term is used that way in Europe. In that case, it depends upon how comfortable your child is with being away from you. Two seems a little early; three or four would probably be more common.
A. Whenever you have enough pressure to feel that he “should” be in school.
B. Whenever you feel you can’t handle having your child in the house any longer.
C. Whenever you feel he is old enough to be able to maturely handle the peer pressure, fighting, name calling, swearing, and other things that go on in the normal preschools.
D. College (oops, that is when I am sending my children to public school).
I just can’t see the benefits of public school, no matter how hard I try. Less of an education scattered among more students, more peer pressure and students who will teach children things parents don’t want them to be taught, 30% of high school graduates in this country can’t read on a second grade level?
I’m sorry to those out there who love public school or even private school, but I still think a mature, loving, responsible parent will always make a better teacher than one with 30 kids that aren’t her own with 30 different types and levels of learning jammed into one classroom for hours at a time, no matter how kind their heart is.
preschool is another matter there was a home study program for 3 yr olds and then the next yr the preschool.
my younger son is an oct baby he had to start at 4 yrs old my older is a dec baby he had to wait till 5 yrs old however we had my younger son stay an additional yr in kindergarten
