How many years of college does it take to become a psychologist?
because I think I want to become one when I get older. I know I’m too young, but I have been thinking a lot about what I want to be.
Thanks a lot! :]

If you go straight through, not attending part-time, then you could probably get done in about 6 years. That’s four years for your bachelor’s degree, and 2 years for your master’s degree. You can also get a doctorate in psychology -putting you in the best position for jobs of your choice- in another 2 years.
Congratulations for looking into your schooling before you need to do that. Write colleges for more information, you will learn a lot from that, and find you have more questions.

4 years of undergrad school (majoring in psychology) and then 5-7 years of grad school working towards a Ph.D.
