How isn’t the answer half? If you are spinning a wheel, and you let it go around 80 times, you stop the wheel after the 80 rotations, there’s a 50% chance it’s an even number, the number of times the wheel goes around doesn’t affect the probability at all. That’s like saying, if I roll a dice around in my hand for 50 seconds, instead of 2 seconds, what’s my chance of getting a double. It’s still going to be the same no matter what.
On the other hand, if you meant Spinning a wheel and looking at the numbers 80 times in a row and the probability of them being even all times is a very very very small number. (.5^80)

4 digits, 80 spins
4/80=.025
.025 means there is a 2.5 in 100 probability that it will land even
