OMG! i was waiting for this day to come. I licked a tootsie pop and got to the center 4 times. it took 2 days. I wrote down my results and they averaged to a total of:
1734.6 licks or 70 minutes of non stop licking. and wehre are all these people getting below 200? Hard candy does not dissolve quickly people, you have no idea.
