how does uc calculate your greade if you are retaking a class during senior year?
also if i take an online class and finish after sending my app what do i do? Does upward trend in the gpa matter

They primarily look at your 10th and 11th grade GPA. If you’re retaking, then send those scores in as soon as possible. Apps should be due before your 1st semester grades are in so you have to send them in while they’re in the process of going through all the applications. Don’t wait too long or they might reject you without having received the updated score.
