Most people are stuck in a rut. They rely too heavily on their schemata and not enough on a creative approach to life.
Over reliance on rules and regulations leads to group think and consensus, and therefore, lack of progress. They need a balance between predetermined responses and individuality.
Remember, a rut is nothing but a long grave.
