How do you incorporate what you know about a company into the job interview?

I have an interview coming up next week and I’m trying to find out as much as I know about the company! But now I’m really confuse as to how will I be able to incorpate all this information into the interview! Or should i just focus on answering questions (i.e. Why did you chose this company? Tell us about your self!) with as much detail as possible without nagging over the company infomation to much?

Focus on the questions the interviewer asks. If there is an opprotunity to answer: A. Why did you choose this company? B. Why do you want to work for us? C. If you could tell me a reason to hire YOU over other candidates, what would you tell me? D. What can YOU bring to this company that no one else can? E. Is there any additional information that you care to provide to help us decide that you’re the one we need? Any of these questions will be the “open door” for your information. Good luck, I hope you get the job!

Definetly incorporate it into the “why do you want to work for us” question.

Mention the values of the company and their position in the industry.

Also, check out press releases and ask how any upcomming changes (e.g. new CEO, new acqusition, new marketing plan) will affect the business.

you should show activeness. Show as much as you can about the company and don’t resort to answering questions. Do not go defensive!
