how do they teach you in behind the wheel training?
i have training in a couple of days and i was wondering what do the instructors do on the first lesson?

They see if you have had any practice yet with your parents and then work from there. You might just practice on turns the whole time in residential area or go on busy streets, it depends on how comfortable you feel and what the instructor thinks you are ready for. Usually they take the first lesson pretty easy.

Well typically they will give you some sort of book that talks about driving, parts of a car, etc. You’ll do a lot of class work at first, such as worksheets on the rules of the road, road signs, parts of a car, and other similar things. Then later on you’ll start to get in a car with an instructor and most likely one or two other partners, who will take you to a parking lot and start showing and teaching you how to drive. You’ll probably have specified classroom dates that you will attend and then seperate times where you will meet with an instructor to learn how to drive.

They start with basic things like PARKING BRAKE ON, TRANSMISSION IN NEUTRAL. ADJUST THE MIRRORS for you.
Then it’s PULL OUT INTO TRAFFIC and annoy all the drivers behind you!
