You go to one of the Swift driving academies for 3 weeks to get your license, and then you go out on a mentor-ship program for 6 weeks with an experienced driver. Not only does Swift pay for your schooling, (after a $150 seating fee), but you also get paid while you are with your mentor. After your mentor-ship, you can then start driving for Swift, so you get your schooling , Class A CDL, AND employment! It’s a win-win!
