there are many different ways,
the first would be to use flowing air to remove the pepper since it is less dense than the salt
like seperating chaff and wheat
you could also put the stuff in a solution of water and scoop the pepper off the surface of the water
it might be possible to use a metal filter with the correct size holes, but i’m not sure if the pepper and salt is different sized from your question.

Salt is water soluble, which means it will dissolve in water. Put the mixture in water, wait for the salt to dissolve, scoop out the red chilles. Let the water evaporate, and you have the salt.
