How can I show proof that I am interested in my own learning?

Choose a subject that you think will be helpful to your future career. Example, I spent most of my life reading Sun Tzu and it has helped me out many times. I even utilize this book to raise my children.

Choose a subject that you are interested in. Spend time researching this, eg Internet, books and magazines in library. Produce an article about this, not just copying and pasting from your research.

Or, show that you are keen to learn a new skill or improve an existing one, eg musical instrument or language. You will need to have evidence that you have improved. For example, record yourself playing a new instrument after a few weeks’ learning. It’s also possible to provide proof by having a signed statement from somebody reliable, eg a language tutor who has taught you and can say what new vocabulary you have learnt within a certain length of time.
