To see if you have a problem in your hearing or middle ear, try talking into a tape recorder, and see how you sound. Then put your fingers in your ears to limit the sounds you hear when you speak into the recorder. Listen to both and hear what is different. Also watch your self in a mirror to see how your mouth is trying to say the words. If you can not solve this problem your self, find a speech therapist to help you. But if you think you may have a hearing problem, have your hearing checked by a good doctor.

People pronounce words differently, even if they speak the same language as others around them. Look up “dialect” in Google. No need to worry, if that’s the case.
If you think you’re having trouble due to a physical problem, arrange an appointment to meet a speech therapist.

I had a deep up-country South Carolina accent when I went into service. I simply listened to and chumbed around with “yankees” and imitated them, and later made a habit of listening to the six o’clock news (they have Indian, British, Latin, Slavic accents, etc, but you will not hear any South Carolina brogue) and I imitated those people. By the time I was in grad school, no one would guess that I was not born in Illinois.
Why try imitating people whose speach you admire, eg. Walter Cronkite.
