how can i get more focused and motivated in school? … and organized?

There was a great program/book from the ’80s and ’90s called “Where there’s a will there’s an ‘A’ “, I would highly recommend it. It focuses on studying smarter not harder, for instance study in short burst because your mind is more likely to recall the 1st part and the last part of what you study, but not always the middle part, so rather than studying for a solid hour ( 1 first part and 1 last part), study in 15 minute bursts with a 5 minute break in between ( so in 1 hour of studying you would have 3 first parts and 3 last parts and recall more).
