I took a test and I have a 119 IQ (i am 13) and I herd that 100 was good and bad soo is 119 good?

100 is average for an adult.

If you received it from an on-line source, consider it invalid – so don’t worry what the number means.
If, however, you went to an educational psychologist and took a valid I.Q. test (i.e., WISC-IV), then a score of 119 is considered to be “high average”.
Scores between 90 and 109 are considered to be “average”, with 100 being at the 50th percentile.
Scores between 110 and 119 are considered to be “high average”
