Help! What’s the difference between organoleptic & sensory evaluation?
It’s for a nutrition subject… can someone help me please?
I also need the definition of “listing product” (also in nutrition lessons)…

Well I thought that organoleptic is more descriptive, or verbal, where sensory is liken to taste testing, e.g. flavor, texture etc.

I am a food scientist and my focus is on sensory evaluation. These two words can be and are used interchangeably.
