Hello…………..education?
Well, I have just turned 25 and am intending to embark on an Open Degree at the Open University at the beginning of or halfway through 2008
My plan is to work hard for 6 or 7 years, gain my degree and then emigrate from Great Britian
I figure I can couple nightshift work with my degree, and also have time for gym, football and leisure
However, my question is will my degree be recognized abroad? Because if not I face a dilemma, I really would rather study from home to afford me flexibility with work and leisure, especially seeing as I am not the most sociable of people and have sleepings problems as it is, which could interfere with me traveling to a conventional uni on a regular basis

I think whether or not your degree will be recognized abroad depends on teh accreditation of the university you attend. Check into WHERE your college or university of choice is accredited and make sure it’s accepted in the places you’re wanting to go.
