The modern expression is “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned”. I don’t believe it is biblical, and it is not Shakespeare, either. The closest example I found was from “The Mourning Bride” (1697) by William Congreve. The complete quote is “Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned / Nor hell a fury like a woman scorned.”
