Has anyone received an education grant through NPC???

Has anyone received a grant through NPC. I was called by NPC National Process(ing) Center and they guarantee me an education grant for my studies. They promise to seek out all that is available to me and charge a fee for there services. They are in Norfolk VA and seem to be legit. If anyone has received a grant from them, or dealt with them, I would love to hear about it. Thanks

The fee is for their expertise. Since they will go through all the Grants available and choose the best for me. According to availability and my status. They called me after I had filled out an application. No money has yet changed hands. The BBB Norfolk has 3 years record with no negative entries.
