hi. sorry, these are what i know about the Laiban dam project:
*the project started around Marcos’s administration
*the dam is supposed to supply water for NCR and CALABARZON
*construction of the dam will affect 7 or 8 barangays in Tanay and General Nakar in Quezon
*ADB has already released funds for the construction of the project
*many NGOs are against the project because of its social impact on the people of Tanay and Quezon
