Freshman at a completely new high school?!?!?

i am so in the same situation!!

i am going to be a freshmen at this totally weird art school where people have blue hair and lip rings. i have neither. but i have many ear piercing and am very artistic 😀

all i have to say is be yourself, and out of all those new people, at least one person is bound to like you. i guarantee it. i have been the new kid many times. and each time it’s been completely terrifying, and it works out.

depends.in some areas than there might be a few occasions when upperclassmen will say something as “freshfish” or “look at the freshmen” but your not gunna get beat up or nothing, just dont act better than everyone else but dont act like your scared, just play it casual youll be fine. also people might be a little judging but just ignore it. youll meet some really good friends in classes. and dont be afraid to entroduce yourself because just like you, there is going to be alot of new people that have the same worries.

i think you’ll be fine going there. people usially think of highschool as being way worse then it actially is. the worst part is boredom. lol im sure you’ll make friends. and everyone gets lost. ask for directions from a teacher in the hall or something. their usially out their the first few days of school. Why would you get made fun of? and who cares? theirs way more better things to do then care what people think they know. but dont worry.

Hopefully your school isn’t populated with rich kids like mine was, but don’t be afraid to sit at a lunch table with different people. This may sound shallow or somethin, but it is the truth, to really have fun, seek out the hip popular kids the first day, and be friends. Hopefully the popular kids at your school aren’t superficial douches.

This is a great opportunity to have fun , be yourself, and meet lots of new people. If its a big school, you’ll have lots of opportunities, if its a small school , it wont take long to figure out who everyone is. Dont be shy , just be yourself. Im sure there will be plenty of people that have common interests as u!

well…the good thing is…for high school…its new for ALL freshman! dont worry about not fitting in…there’s all types of groups at EVERY high school…as for getting lost, teachers are pretty nice about it the first couple of weeks…and if you’re really worried about it…go to the office…im sure they will have maps of the school…and they’ll be happy to give you one…and you probably will be made fun of (no offense!) its just a part of high school! there will ALWAYS be kids who will make fun of you…no matter what high school you go to! so dont worry about…you’ll be fine!

be a positive person and don’t be mean to anyone not even the mother ____ers that will be mean b/c you’re new and keep this in mind… the upperclassmen are not mean and evil like TV portrays in fact they are more mature than freshmen
