French help please?

I really need to learn French, and it really takes me a long time, somtimes to understand things, like Math, and now French.Besides learning from a French tutor, what are my opinons? Is there any software to learn French that is guaranteed to work? If you know of any software to learn French on a first hand basis, that works can you please tell me the name of it?

Start with a tutor. You’re paying so work at your own pace. Reward yourself with this once you’ve memorized a hundred words. You might accomplish this with some CD’s that are out there. What WILL work, is total immersion. Spend a summer in Quebec or France and you’ll eventually find yourself thinking in French! Don’t be afraid.

Listen to French. Take your DVD and select French in the language section. Don’t try to understand every word. Listen to French singers. Don’t try to learn every word at first. Eventually you’ll be singing along with them.

Lastly, quit thinking that because something appears hard, that it is. You already do things that others think are hard and you think are easy. Ask a blind person to read this to you.

People go to school for one reason: To get out of school! Then they go the rest of their lives, to some kind of education, be it on the job, or assembling the latest gadget, to learn…

Do you want to pass or do you want to learn French? If this is about how to “pass” the easiest way, then you should do something else you’ll get more out of. If you are learning French to learn French, then it doesn’t matter how long it takes as long as you can do it, right?

I failed and had to repeat a college class in music arranging. From the original class, who got by and ” passed” the first time, I’m the only composer. So, who got more out of the class? See?
