For Arkansas Elementary School Teachers…?
Can you start teaching elementary school with an Associate of Arts in Teaching P-4 Education Track degree? Or MUST you get the Bachelors in Elementary Education to start teaching?

I am not sure of that. I do know they want teachers with a Bachelor’s or better. You might be able to work at a pre-k level or a daycare with an Associates. I am thinking they may just consider an Associates like a CDA training, basically just a certificate. They only way to know for sure would be to call a district and get their qualifications for teaching.
There is a big difference in an an Associates and B.S.E training, more in-depth and rigorous training. Let me know what you find out.
Good luck.
