for a learners permit in NY, would I need a car with a supervised person AND one that has DUAL brakes?
like i know that a supervised person is required (one that is 21 or older with a license), but does the car also need any special type of dual brakes, or can it be just any normal car?

it must be a 21 year previous authorized driving force. in case you study the info on the back of your enable it tells u each and every thing u might desire to understand… such as you canpersistent till 10 after 3 months of having your enable : D
