It may not be my favorite.. but I was thinking about the thing that seems to get said a lot, pertaining to motto/quote, to my children. They both have a tendency to over react so I think something that gets said a lot to them is “It’s not the end of the world.”

First you have to teach a child to talk, then you have to teach it to be quiet.
