ENGLISH HOMEWORK HeLP!!?

i need to write an essay about macbeth AND WE HAVENT LEARNT IT YET!!

the question is :

“King Duncan’s murder marks the beginning of Macbeth’s downfall. Who can be held moslty responsible for this?

This is my introduction so far:

Shakespeare’s Macbeth tells a story of the journey of an idol towards his downfall. Macbeth’s surroundings encourage him to transform and eventually, evil takes hold of him. Characterisation, imagery and language all come together to create Macbeth’s character and turn him into the person he is set out to be. The struggle that gets twisted in his mind edges him on to do the worst. Even though Lady Macbeth and the three witches entice him to proceed so far, that it is easier to continue killing that trying to stop, Macbeth himself is to blame for his own breakdown.

Well, from reading your paragraph, your three body paragraphs will be about “characterization, imagery and language.” So, you start there. With characterization. But, I don’t really know any examples of that from the play. But, I do have a translated version of the play, so if you ever need someone to explain something to you in simpler terms, e-mail me. Next, after the introduction, where you must include the thesis (General Idea),Author, and Name of book, you’d give three direct quotes, and explain what’s happening in them, then explain why these quotes prove so and so for the body of your essay. Finally, for the conclusion, restate the point of your essay, give your own thoughts and tie up any loose ends (finish off your essay)
