usually it depends how far you are into the class. There’s a time limit on dropping… Drop in the first “grace period” it’s null and void. Drop after that… you could get a indication of whether you were passing or failing.

Drop while failing… could hurt.

You should talk to an advisor. Why not get a tutor.

Pre cal and trig are both relatively low on the abstract thought food chain… .what I mean is they can be learned…. you can do it….just need to devote some time to it.

You’ll be happier staying in it and getting a “c” and moving on.

My warning to you is be careful. If you need to take calculus…. or calc II…. you’ll need to REALLY under stand Pre-Calc……

It depends how far you are into the class, wheather you should drop it. if your not sure you really should talk to your adviser. Just know that if you have to take any other math classes your going to need this one to understand the rest. I know this first hand it was very hard to learn the 2 step when I didn’t have the first so really think hard about it, if you should drop this class. I wish you all the best & It will only show on your record as a withdrawal (W)

Check with your guidance counselor. If you drop a summer school class at some high schools it never shows up on your transcript at all.

If you are chancing lowering your GPA, drop it before it is too late.

i think u should stick with it unless your failing, then get out. But theres also the arguement that it’ll be easier during the year, so its your choice
