what does the american department say about it? is it considered a real university? i dont care about its quality…i’m more concerned about is it legaly a university…does the US government say it is? I appreciate the help very very much! and thanks a million in advance for answering…hehe i o u 1

The US Department of Education does not accredit college directly. They are accredited by regional agencies recognized by the US Department of Education.
According to the web site: “The University of Berkley is not accredited by one of the seven regional accrediting agencies recognized by the United States Department of Education. The University is not accredited by any accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department or Secretary of Education.”
In other words, don’t waste your time.
