Does anyone know where I can get a loan for $1600?

I need $1600 to pay to go back to school to get my Bachelor’s Degree, which I only have 18 credit hours left to get but I can’t get anyone to co-sign for me on a loan and I can’t get back into the college that I am graduating from without paying them $1600 first. Ive tried financial aid but my college will not give me any aid because of my past due balance.
