It may depend on the model but try these:

1234

last four of phone number

do you know how many digits it is? Also, some phones will completely lock you out after too many failed attempts. To be safe I suggest calling your service provider customer service.

finding on what provider you have (alltel, centennial, Verizon, nextel) you may call client provider and talk with a rep to get it replaced or take it right into a shop and characteristic them hook it as much as their laptop and that they’d crack the codes back.

It is preset to the last four digits of your phone number. Or, if that doesn’t work, you can try “1111”.
