Colleges in Texas that offer American Sign Language?
I want to major in Psychology, and I want to take a few American Sign Language courses.

Just about all colleges, from Junior College to State College, offer Sign Languages as part of their education major. I checked Amarillo Jr. College, Texas A&M, Abilene Christian. University of Houston and Texas A&M are accredited by the American Psychological Association. Maybe those two schools would be the path you want to take.
I’d do more research about it. American Sign Language has been overshadowed by another system that is more phonetic and this other language has generated a lot of controversy.
Just make a friend with a deaf person. They’ll teach you.

Look at the community colleges. A friend of mine used to teach at the Dallas County Community Colleges. Contact the North Texas Nursing Campus in Dallas which has a school for the deaf associated with it and ask your question.
