College questions…?

First, I am a 19 year old soon to be college boy.

(*****Also, please do not say that I must be joking, because I am NOT. You may think that my questions are slightly pre-college age, but it is probably on the reason that I was not mainstreamed in High School.)

1. Do they have field trips in college?

2. Can I bring in cupcakes or cake still when it is my birthday (like i did in h.s.) Do they still do birthday parties? (i know I’ll be a college boy, but I still like class parties)

3. How much will it cost for me to date a 19 year old girl friend in college?

4. Can my little sister be my roomate (i don’t have a g/f yet and i don’t want to be with strangers, i rather talk and play board games and cards with my sister, she is 13)?

5. Do they have a school counselor/social worker I can talk to if i need to?

6. When going to college, how/where do I get the party info. and schedule/details?(for college partys)

1. I believe some classes do have field trips; usually ones in art or theatre.

2. You can have cupcakes. Universities allow for many things. But some professors will not like food in the room.

3. Cost. I surely do not know. It will depend on how much you would like to spend on her. I personally have a boyfriend who bought me a lot of stuff, but I don’t think it’s necessary.

4. I do not think so. The fact she is not a college student is also not allowed. You may have her over sometimes though. Many rooms are separated by gender. Unless you all get a room that is not part of the university or college.

5. Yes, there are many counselors on campus. They will be very willing to help you out on anything you need.

6. Make friends, especially older ones. They will show you the social scene.

1. Depends on the class. i know that some environmental classes at my university go to the everglades instead of going to class.

2. It really depends on the general atmosphere of the class, like if it’s really tight nit and it’s a very laid back class, but in general not really.

3. Um… depends on you and the girl i guess…

4. Not if you’re living on campus. Rooms are not co-ed even if floors or buildings are and there is no way that they would let your 13 year old sister live with you. I seriously doubt you’d want her to live with you anyway.

5. Every school has academic advisors who could help guide you through your college years with classes and so forth just find out where they are located.

6. People pass out flyers all the time and alot of times there’s something going on.
