College Major question?
What college major would lead me to a career where I could scratch my introverted qualities?
I tend to be work alone much better than with a team. I would never want to work in retail/food service.

Just about anything would be fine, but I’d specifically stay away from Theater, Public Relations, Mass Communications, and possibily business courses (you might be more likely to see group work in business classes.) Classes in the hard sciences might require group work in the lab classes. You’ll also, if you have a real phobia about working in groups, want to check with professors of individual classes regardless of department to see if group work is a required element of their classes.
