the giant cockroach had come back. but not for my satellite dish. for the neighbors’. i was woken up at 3 in the morning by shrieks of “Bloody Mary! it’s as big as my foot!” and “oh, george! kill it! kill it! it’s STARING at me!!” george responded with “AY-AY-AAAAIIIIIIEEEEE!! NORMA! IT’S GOT THE DISH! NOT THE SATELLITE DISH! PLEASE, ANYTHING BUT THE DISH!” eventually, they called an exterminator. a twenty-four hour one, of course. when he got there and the couple had explained about the size of the cockroach, i heard him saying into a phone, “this is officer roachesski…..we’re going to need back-up.” a few minutes later, i heard the sound of squeaking wheels and officer roachesski saying, “now, don’t freak out before you know the facts.” norma cried, “but aren’t you going ot kill it?” the officer replied “your uneducated answer illustrates my point. i must educate you!” a few minutes later, i heard ragtime music and a tinny voice saying, “ahhh, the cockroach. pronounced “cock. roach.” it is a noun. the etymology…” evidently, it was a video. “a video!?” shrieked norma. “when are you going to kill the dastardly thing!?” “not in a MILLION years. the cockroach is a benign creature–it only wanted your satellite dish. it wasn’t even armed! just let it have your dish. it’s a poor, starving, satellite-dish deprived roach. surely you have some sympathy in your heart for this poor creature?” i looked out the window. the cockroach had successfully made away with the dish. i went back to bed.

OMG there is a HUGE beetle in here!!! “Kill it! Kill it!” Hold on….here i come…..oh its only a ________beetle…..dont freak out till u know the facts….its not poisenous…..and they only live for 3 days…..they eat plants……there is no way it can hurt u…..i dare u to eat it…..haha. Not in a million years! oh y not? cuz its a BUG!!! so? so u eat it! ummmmm this is officer roackesski……were gonna need backup….hahahahaha….ill go get bob to do it! ok.
