Can you please check my English sentence below? Are they correct?
Thank you to Mr. Andy which have made/provided us with the budget guideline. This will make it easier for us to carry out our work which is usually done by him. However, we will still need your help to remind us if there is something we miss or help us if there is a question from the head office. This budget guideline would be very beneficial to us when Mr. Andy takes a long leave.

Added a little punctuation. It’s a little bit hard to understand, but the grammar is proper.
I’m pretty sure it’s right, it’s hard to understand what you’re trying to say…whether you’re talking to him or about him makes everything in strange tenses.
