I’m not sure if this is what you mean, but here’s a sentence that uses the present perfect form to express two past actions:
I have washed the dishes and [leaving out the second “have”] mopped the floor. This implies that both actions happened quite recently. You could even say “I have just…”
Or
I have called him twice, but he hasn’t returned my call.
