Yes you can take the SAT or ACT at any time, no matter your age. Register here for the SAT: http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/reg.html and here for the ACT: http://www.actstudent.org/regist/elecreg.html

www.collegeboard.com is the website for all college entrance exams. There is no specific time requirment to take the exams. You can wait until you finish – it may be more difficult if you wait a while after graduation purely because you may no longer be accustomed to studying and the skills required to pass the exams may be forgotten.
Good luck

You can do it after you graduate. Registration for the SAT is at www.collegeboard.com . Registration for the ACT is at www.act.org . You will have to make accounts at both websites. You will have to use your credit card to pay for the tests.

When I was in school you only had to take one or the other. I took the ACT and passed with flying colors. It was easier than the SAT.
