Can someone refresh my math skills on this one? Please show the work so I can understand it better, thanks.?

1/3 x 10/10 = 10/30
1/5 x 6/6 = 6/30
1/10 x 3/3 = 3/30 …..now add these up:
19/30 then you would reduce but it does not reduce any further so that is your answer.
then you multiply each fraction so the denominator equals 30
1/3*10+1/5*6+1/10*3=10/30+6/30+3/30=19/30
you have to find a common multiple because the fractions can be add only if you have the same denominator.
and: 1/3=2/6=3/9 becouse i multiplyed the first fraction by 2 and 3. hope you get it 😉
You need to find a common denominator = 3*5*10 = 150
50/150 +30/150 + 15/150
now add the numerators
95/150
now reduce to lowest possible terms
19/30
3, 5 and 10 would all fit into 30, so let’s use 30 as our common denonimator. YOu then have
10/30 +6/30+3/30 = 19/30
1/3+3/10 goes into
10/30+9/30 wich would give you an answer of
19/30
