can i use calculator in Accuplacer test (cpt, placement test)?

I don’t think so… If it’s the same Accuplacer that I took, a calculator appears on the screen whenever the problem requires one. But you can’t use one that you bring with you, you have to use the one that is on the computer, and it’s only useful for sometimes multiplying… But most problems need to be worked out by hand.

Yes, I took it my senior year of high school 2 years ago and I had to take the English, Essay, & Math placement tests and I think I remember being told that as long as you keep getting questions right you keep going onto the next part but not so sure about that. And I don’t think it messes up your math placement unless you totally failed it, but don’t worry about it.
