The behavior one engages in on a personal level should differ from that on a professional level. For example, one would refer to their boss as Mr or Mrs. Smith rather than “Joe” or “Carol”. Throughout school, we refer to our teachers by Mr. or Mrs. because school is a professional setting and it is a matter of respect. It is only when outside of the school, that I can refer to my fellow teachers by their first name. Slang terms, words, or laidback behavior is not appropriate for the professional world.

When you are talking about values, they should always be the same. the values you find important define the world you live in. If you lie, you are a liar living in a world of lies. when you steal, you become a thief, and live in a world of thievery.
Behavior is different than ethics. and business behavior and personal behavior can differ. In private, you can dress however you want. but when you are on the job, you are being paid to dress and act in a certain way
