bachelor 2 years in 1??
And if I could do it what about the university fee? Do I have to pay double then, for two years at the same time? Could I do it in some installments?

Yes, you will have to pay for the additional credit hours you take. Generally, you pay for each credit hour. For example, the university I work at charges $320/credit hour. If a class is listed as having 4.5 credit hours, thats another $1,440 for that class. Some universities also have a max charge, say at 16 credits for the University I attended. Any classes taken beyond that maximum 16, was free. So the difference between 16 credit hours and 20 would be nothing, it would all cost $5,120 total. Your academic counselor will provide all the standards and rules for these kinds of things.
Typically, the office of the registrar will allow you to make installment payments as well. Check with them to determine what you options are IF your financial aid does not cover the cost of attendance.
Of course, I have no idea what credit hours are worth, or how financial aid works in Great Britain. I imagine it’s somewhat similar.
